Description
A in shakudo nagamarugata tsuba, with a nanako background. Decorated in iroe takazongan, decorated with riding samurai. The back of the tsuba is also decorated with a suite of horsemen among the pines.
Signed Mitsunobu, with kao.
The battle represented is undoubtedly that of Ichi no Tani (Gempei war between the Taira and Minamoto clans).
