A nagamarugata tsuba in russet iron inlaid with brass in tenzogan.
Some losses of brass.
Robert E. Haynes\’ comment about this tsuba: «The dating of this type of guard has always been ca. 1450. Now we should look at each piece and decide what the true date should be. In this case an earlier date would be better, ca. 1350 ».
