Cotton Nobori in blue tsutsugaki on a white background decorated with a votive inscription: “Hoken” Respectfully offer.
The date, Bunsei gannen inu tora Kyu gatsu jukyu nichi ( Firth year of Bunsei aera, ninth month tenth day: 1818), is written on the banner.
According to the inscriptions this is a consecration banner held by a soldier.
