A wooden katabori netsuke, (in three dimensions) representing the goddess Okame stroking a big nose mask representing Saruta Hiko no Mikoto (Tengu mask).
Okame, also called Otafuku, is the deity of the gaiety and good mood. Saruta Hiko, a great kami protector is her husband.
